Welcome to the Ulysses Club - Fraser Coast Branch
Welcome to our Fraser Coast Branch website.  The Fraser Coast region encompasses an area of over 7000 square kilometres in South East Queensland.

We are located less than 300kms from Brisbane by road, and the twin cities of Maryborough and Hervey Bay service our 100,000 residents who live within the region.

What are the purposes of the Ulysses Club?
  • To provide ways in which older motorcyclists can get together for companionship and mutual support.
  • To show by example that motorcycling can be an enjoyable and practical activity for riders of all ages.
  • To draw the attention of public and private institutions to the needs and views of older riders.
Fraser Coast Branch social meetings are held on the first Friday night of the month (unless stated otherwise on our Ride and Events Calendar - Please check!) at the Hervey Bay Hotel, Watson Street Pialba.

We offer an enjoyable evening out, a great forum to meet and socialise with fellow members and guests, and an optional meal.

We occasionally invite entertaining guest speakers, so a typical social evening goes something like this:
  • Arrive after 6.30pm and get a drink, order a meal if you wish and find other members to socialise.
  • A guest speaker, if arranged, is the main short talk for the night.
  • From 7.30pm we kick off with committee reports, news and views and upcoming events or rides.
  • We close approximately 9.00pm and may stay around till the hotel closes.
